A full test run, before we asked anyone for a dime

Before launch we ran the whole pipeline against a fictional remodeling shop with a 20-estimate backlog built to be nasty: merged spreadsheet cells, photos of paper estimates, a customer who'd said stop buried in a notes column, a duplicate under a nickname. Simulated customers, played adversarially. Real system, end to end.

The system caught the stop request before any email existed, refused two invitations to talk price, escalated a complaint instead of defending anyone, and never replied to the customer who stayed silent. The receipt shows the rest.
